What is your return policy?

KMA Jewelry offers 14-day returns. If you change your mind of about your purchase - no problem! Contact me at kmajewelry28@gmail.com (or fill out our Contact Form) and let me know why you're returning. Then return your unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.

If you should find a defect* in your merchandise (a defect is defined as a manufacturing or design defect) within 1 year of purchase, please inform me as soon as possible, and I will make sure that you are happy with the outcome, whether that means a full refund (shipping included), a replacement, or repair of the original item.

*Please note that inclusions (or imperfections) found in natural gemstones are NOT defined as defects.

*Please be aware that normal wear and tear, or misuse of a piece of jewelry is NOT considered a defect.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of ordering, without penalty. All other orders may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the order.

Custom Order Policy

Because of the nature of custom orders, I will not accept any returns or cancellations on any custom pieces nor will I offer refunds.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Each piece of jewelry you order comes with a decorative gift box (see picture at the top of the page) and tied with a fabric ribbon. Earrings and bracelets are nestled on cotton padding while necklaces are attached to a hanging card and placed on the cotton padding in the box. Some shifting may occur during shipping, so be sure to check your piece of jewelry before gifting it.

How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?

Shipping to the lower 48 states is via USPS first class parcel mail, costing $4.95 per order.

KMA Jewelry uses USPS Priority Mail to ship to all 50 states at a cost of $8.95 per order.

International shipping is $23.50 per order anywhere in the world.

Do you do custom orders?

KMA Jewelry is happy to work with you to create a custom piece of jewelry. Please use the Custom Order form to start the process.

Please know that I will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your custom piece, which is why communication is essential every step of the way. I will work with you to make sure your custom piece is exactly what you and I have agreed to before it is shipped to you.
